This MailStore Cloud Support Terms Addendum (“MailStore Technical Support”) sets forth the technical support available to You in the underlying agreement in connection with the MailStore Cloud Services. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Cloud Terms and Conditions.
- OT offers a “Standard Update and Support Service” (included in the Transaction Document purchase price).
2. Unless otherwise agreed, the “Standard Update and Support Service” includes making available new revised program versions or program elements (“Updates“) as well as technical user support via email. Further services (e.g. on-site service, training, installation of Updates) are not offered by OT.
3. OT will notify You about the availability of new Updates on the MailStore website (www.mailstore.com). You are responsible for Updates that require a local installation on Your PCs.
4. OT only provides Updates and support services for the duration of the applicable Agreement Term.
